They might be advocating for people who experience discrimination, creating safe spaces and support for new migrants and refugees, or helping people that have experienced hardship during COVID to gain better access to meet their basic needs.

Is this award for you?

This category is relevant for anyone who is working to create more inclusive communities, schools or workplaces. There are many forms this could take. For example, you could be working with new migrants and refugees to support pathways to meaningful employment. You could be working in a professional context to ensure that there is greater diversity represented in Boards and Governance. You could be working on policy changes or investment to ensure that people who might have previously been discriminated against because or their ability, gender or race are more able to access services. You could be working to increase access to education or employment for communities that face significant barriers or challenges. 2. How is your work creating more inclusive communities, schools or workplaces?
3. How do you know it’s making a difference? Any key measures or metrics?
4. Any barriers or challenges that you have had to overcome in doing this
