Key steps in the journey

Born in Ethiopia, Yoseph has lived in 6 countries across 4 continents, and helped grow Inflection, a successful technology company in Silicon Valley. He studied entrepreneurship, leadership and change at Harvard, Cambridge, and Victoria University of Wellington. He is passionate about regenerative farming, and building cultural bridges, and community. after moving to New Zealand, Yoseph worked to co-create New Frontiers, helping to bring together a diverse range of entrepreneurs and leaders from around the world to connect over a week-long summit in Upper Hutt, and one of the conversations that grew out of this was the idea for the Global Impact Visa. The Global Impact Visa is a world-first, attracting talent to help create solutions to global challenges from New Zealand, which is a partnership with Immigration New Zealand and is run under a new organisation called the Edmund Hillary Fellowship.
